You came here because you have questions.
Things aren’t making sense anymore. You look around and you see chaos, deception, and corruption. We see it too. We don’t claim to have it all worked out — we are trying to get to the bottom of it, same as you.
What we believe we have found is an avenue back: to the founding, and to the principles that established this country to begin with.
So we are going to the roots of it. The Declaration of Independence — the first time a nation was founded on the written proposition that governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed. No king. No dictator. Just people, declaring what was theirs by natural right.
That American spirit has resonated, however vaguely, with all of us our whole lives. And right now it seems to be in peril.
Our effort is to journey back to those ideals together, and to build somewhere Americans can explore real solutions side by side — and rekindle what was lit at the founding.
We are starting right here: as an assembly of the people on Nevada. One of the several States of this Union, where every bit of constitutional support we need already exists for free men and women to do exactly this.

Natural, unalienable rights endowed by our Creator

Change Your Political Status
It seems like an odd thing to do, until you consider the alternative. Changing your political status to that of an American State National reclaims your heritage and establishes your original lawful place as an American.

I have been an ASN for over two years now, and it has been very rewarding. As with self-government, if you do the status correction and then do nothing else, you are selling your state and yourself short.
I am not normally a “joining” type person, yet when I saw the quality of our “officers” who have stepped forward to do the work of standing up our pillars, it made me want to be part of it.
My wife and I never missed a physical meeting and tried to never miss a phone conference, and soon I just asked what I could do to help stand up Nevada.
I had been served a summons in February 2021 (credit card dispute). I did not go to court. I did use Anna Riezinger’s articles and wrote to the attorneys, the local General Attorney, and others that I have changed my status in 2018.
It took several years of communicating back and forth using Anna’s articles and my proven changed status paperwork. I finally won my cause and case in 2024. I used a customized usufructuary letter explaining how I am not responsible for my strawman’s actions.
My Nevada Assembly membership allowed me to successfully stand up to a wrongful challenge to my sovereign status, and for that I am grateful.
Upon Discovery of identity theft trafficking to air and sea jurisdictions for lifetime Estate/ESTATE exploitation purposes via birth certificate bond(age) fraud, one can wisely choose to self-govern to correct records, re-claiming what’s been deceitfully stolen; this Truth can indeed set one Free, coming home to land and soil jurisdictions, re-establishing one’s constitutionally-guaranteed rights, extricating from slave matrix to manifest sovereignty.
